I had a one hour full body remedial message claimable on my health fund and it I was very effective at releasing tension, tendinitis and pain. After the initial 5-10 minutes of pressure point release work (which was really quite painful) the therapist got to work on full body deep tissue massage. I left feeling much less stiff and sore. Recommended to others seeking these sorts of benefits!

One of the best massages I’ve ever had. I booked the Winter Special with the body scrub, hot stones and steam, and every part of the treatment felt luxurious and deeply relaxing. It’s a strange experience, but not unpleasant. I have a busy mind so found it hard to switch off but eventually I could let my body relax into the flotation. I left the lights on as it was my first time. Waiting to see how my very chronically stiff hip and shoulder will feel in a couple of days.
