Great haircut. I was visiting Coventry from Cambridge and booked in a couple of days ago as I'd been to my local hairdressers and had a really bad cut earlier in the week. Hair Lab and House of Beauty was excellent. Thank you (my confirmation said it was with Jenny). Very happy customer. Will have to wait until my next trip to Coventry for my next haircut now!!

First time bringing my son today after coming last week with my partner and the customer service I received was brilliant I was unsure as to what I wanted for him this time around and Eli advised me as to what he thought after I said I wanted it nice a tidy for pre school I will most definitely be returning when his hair needs cutting again and highly recommend to anyone who’s after a barbers these guys really do go above and beyond for you thanks again Eli! 👍

This is the best experience I’ve had in Coventry. I’ve been a few times now to Hair Lab for hairdressing and I’ve had mani/pedi in the past too. The staff are genuinely lovely people who move heaven and earth to fit you in where they can even if you’ve walked in off the street that day. The first time I came for a haircut last year I had had a botched job somewhere else and they fixed it for me, it looked great afterwards. I’ve since returned for restyles, and most recently a perm and layers. They taught me what products to use on my new curls, and cut the layers to suit my face beautifully.

I had a very good experience. And the hair stylist rose done very well.. Even this is my first time in Coventry but it gives a great experience Thank you rose..

Maria was really amazing and done the whole treatment with extreme care! I have moved to coventry from London recently and couldn’t find a place where people would use hot wax for face with care! Thank you again Maria from myself and my Mrs and will see you again soon! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

David listens and makes good suggestions for styling. As always, he pays attention to the little details like tidying up on your neck, and making sure the loose hair doesn't go down your shirt. He's good conversation too!
