The staff were friendly and helpful and I had a good back massage from Nicola. There was a few miscommunications and the venue was quite tired but I'm told this was down to the hotel and separate from the spa.

Lovely massage, we only visit Bournemouth once a year but I will definitely book in again.

I cannot recommend Barbara enough!! Not only is she very skilled at what she does, she cares, puts a genuine interest in the best way to make you look good! And gives great advice She’s the best!!

I had a mani and pedi, She was very organised, and great attention to detail. My nails look perfect. There was a wide range of colours to choose from. I will defintely be going back.
