I had a HydraFacial with Laetitia and it was honestly one of the best treatments I’ve ever had. I meet Scott this afternoon for my initial consultation. I have the remains of some badly done Microblading dating back to 2010. Scott went through everything with me advising the best course of action. I had two patch tests done and was delighted when he said he could start my treatment next week (providing there is no reaction to the patch tests) Finally, I am on the road to getting rid of this awful colour in my eyebrows 😊🙏 My appointment was on time and the treatment room was spotless!

From the moment you enter the clinic you are warmly greeted by Catherine who is always friendly and professional Dr Maria is a trained clinician she has a wealth of experience and always suggests suitable treatments for my skin I am always 100% happy with my treatment and I wouldn’t consider going anywhere else.

Libbie is really professional and friendly. Talked me through my treatment before I then had the chemical peel. Was relaxing and my skin felt lovely afterwards.

Kelsea is in my opinion the best hair dresser in Bournemouth, always chats to me to know exactly what I want and delivers every time. Wouldn’t go anywhere else🤍

Joanna is always the best: with her you get both a great facial and great energy. I could not recommend her more! She’s always very honest with what you need/don’t need and never tries to over sell you, so you feel very safe with the treatment and any recommendations she makes. Kelsey is in my opinion the best extension/colour specialist in Bournemouth. I’ve had more bad hair experiences than I care to mention, but after watching her work for some time & seeing how much she cares about the work she puts out, I gladly switched to her. This girl will never let you leave unhappy, she will work until you’re in love with your hair & that is unfortunately, a quality seriously lacking in the hair industry. If you’re needing a new hairdresser I promise you won’t regret picking Kelsey, she is elite. 10/10

Loved my Lumi Eye treatment 👀✨ Brighter, fresher under-eyes already! There was minimal discomfort and downtime, and I’ve noticed an improvement in the brightness and hydration of my under-eye area. Quick, easy and felt totally at ease — would 100% recommend.

Zoe was amazing. I felt like I know her forever. The treatment I had was amazing. I felt so good during the treatment and after. I had the full body exfoliation and moisture mask which my skin really needed and I can honestly say my skin still feels like silk a month on. I highly recommend Zoe :)
