The staff were friendly and helpful and I had a good back massage from Nicola. There was a few miscommunications and the venue was quite tired but I'm told this was down to the hotel and separate from the spa.

Nic was brilliant!! She was so kind and understanding of my needs. I can't wait to go back again. The experience was beyond my expectations. She is an expert in reflexology and my body and mind feel so calm already. I wish it never ended. Fabulous one!!!

Lovely massage, we only visit Bournemouth once a year but I will definitely book in again.

I had a mani and pedi, She was very organised, and great attention to detail. My nails look perfect. There was a wide range of colours to choose from. I will defintely be going back.

Very professional, knowledgeable and friendly - she put me at ease, explained what she was doing and why and the products I needed to improve my skin including the fact I needed to drink more water to hydrate. It was my first facial but it won't be my last as long as it's with her. I cannot recommend her highly enough!
