I had an a wax with Jess today, she was fantastic & really lovely as well. Also, I have been in contact with Jemma as a sudden family emergency happened & had to cancel at the last minute & rearrange twice. She was incredibly patient & understanding, I had paid 2 deposits on for the cancelled bookings and would never of expected to have a refund for them as I had let them down. However, when I finally came in for my waxing, Jemma discounted my bill by £9.60, deducted both deposits! That was incrediblely kind. Thanks Jemma & Jess, definitely now my new regular salon. Went to Have deep clean facial which was gifted for my birthday from my friends. Barbara, the lady who took care of me was very nice , explained throughout the process what she does and what is for. She was very engaging and suggested products I should use for my face. Overall very nice place and I would recommend it. (Bare in mind that was my first visit in the beauty salon)

Layla is the best! I’ve received different treatments (eyelashes, nails, waxing) which have always been to a very high standard. Layla always gets me in (even last minute) and takes the time to get to know you and what you like 💗

Had a mini facial with Ella yesterday along with a chemical peel and it was really lovely. She made me feel comfortable straight away and the whole experience was super relaxing. My skin looked incredible afterwards—so fresh and glowy, even from a shorter treatment. Ella was friendly and professional throughout. Would definitely go back and recommend 😊
