I had an a wax with Jess today, she was fantastic & really lovely as well. Also, I have been in contact with Jemma as a sudden family emergency happened & had to cancel at the last minute & rearrange twice. She was incredibly patient & understanding, I had paid 2 deposits on for the cancelled bookings and would never of expected to have a refund for them as I had let them down. However, when I finally came in for my waxing, Jemma discounted my bill by £9.60, deducted both deposits! That was incrediblely kind. Thanks Jemma & Jess, definitely now my new regular salon. Had the most amazing Full Body Ritual Massage with Leni today and I honestly can’t recommend her enough! 🥰 The whole treatment was so relaxing, and Leni really listened to me and took the time to understand which areas needed a little extra TLC.
