The staff were friendly and helpful and I had a good back massage from Nicola. There was a few miscommunications and the venue was quite tired but I'm told this was down to the hotel and separate from the spa.

Always love having my hair done at this Salon. Clair is amazing and always making me feel comfortable. Makes me feel all new again. Summer cut my hair this day and the cut is fabulous...also game me a lovely head massage over the basin 😊 thanks girls.

It’s not easy to please a fussy 14 year old when it comes to getting their hair cut and blow dried but my granddaughter is absolutely thrilled with how Summer styled her hair. I also feel Summer deserves a medal for dealing with my granddaughters constant ADHD chatter!!

Very happy with my blow dry by Clair for my daughter’s wedding.. She did a great job as usual.

Clair is an amazing colourist, three colours used, always done to perfection, leaving a wonderfully natural look, which a great cut and re-stlye too.

Clare was amazing as always. I now have a lovely colour and fresh look for winter. Thank you!! 🥰🥰

Nothing less than 5 stars for The Salon, Claire is so professional in all aspects of your appointment addressing any detail and never assuming you just want the same as your previous appointment she will always ask if you require anything different or you are happy with your colour, I have very stubborn areas of my hair not a problem for Claire she takes time to look at how this can be sorted and there we go it’s all been covered by her professional yet personal attention to every little detail, as always a pleasure to attend my appointment in The Salon and look forward to next time Xx
