A lovely and friendly team greet you at the door, and the infrared saunas are beautifully appointed with a shower for cooling off when needed! Highly recommend. Other saunas in Canberra are more of a sports recovery, does the job but doesn’t provide a luxe experience, or is part of a bathhouse experience which is more expensive. Reju perfectly creates a wellness experience that is relaxing and beautifully designed.

I had a very good experience at Reju Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy. Belinda guided me through the entire process and checked on me regularly to make sure I was comfortable and that the pressure levels were suitable, especially noting that I have sensitive hearing.

I had the most incredible massage today! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calm, welcoming, and beautifully presented. The therapist took the time to understand exactly what I needed and tailored the treatment perfectly. The pressure was spot on, every movement was purposeful, and they managed to release tension I didn’t even realise I was holding. I left feeling lighter, relaxed, and completely renewed. Professional, skilled, and genuinely caring — this was one of the best massages I’ve ever had. I will definitely be booking again and recommending them.

I highly recommend Reju - all of the staff are wonderful and the facilities are beautiful and serene. I started infrared sauna therapy as a part of my cancer treatment - which has helped me greatly - and after another spa informed me I would no longer be welcome if I started chemo as it wouldn't "be in their best interest" - the owners at Reju were incredibly warm and welcoming and happy to support my cancer journey. It is always a pleasure to come here, and I highly recommend the team and their services.

It takes alot for me to feel fully relaxed, but after a remedial massage with Mint, I left feeling like I was walking on a cloud! She released months of built up tension in my shoulders and neck. I enjoyed my first time visit. I had the Thai Oil Massage, my therapist focused on my tension points and incorporated reflexology which was something i hadnt experienced, but enjoyed. I felt very relaxed and my body feels less strained. I will definitely visit again! Also love how the massage clinic advocates for safe and respectful experiences for both the client and therapist really feels that they care about their craft and clients.
