Natalie is awesome! Her work ethic is incredible and I was so impressed by how much she values her clients and will always make time for them. I had a waxing appointment with her and she made me feel very at ease and chatted so that I barely noticed the waxing! 10/10 would recommend ☺️

This was my first appointment with Natalie and I had a fantastic experience! From the minute I walked in, Natalie was friendly and attentive, helping me select colours depending on the condition of my nails and what I would typically go for. She was helpful in discussing future treatment options and working out what would best suit my nails. The salon was beautiful and clean, and the whole experience was really enjoyable! Fabulous Swedish massage- in the beauty room of a barbers (and also judging by the reviews more used to male clients) but I thoroughly enjoyed my massage- Dewi has thumbs of steel and knows how to use them- he was the first massage professional who has noted some long term issues with my spine- and he worked out all my knots. You can tell he has a lot of experience and it was a lovely therapeutic massage. I would highly recommend him and will be back!

I had an incredible experience with Natalie. She put me at ease straight away and informed me she'd read through the notes I'd left. I've had a lot of pain in my neck and though the massage the identified there was a lot of tension. I felt super comfortable and have booked another three treatments for a months time, already super excited to go back. She also recommend using a foam roller daily between massages to help the tension too. I'd 100% recommend Natalie and the studio.
