First time using Kats Claws to have my eyebrows waxed. Was made to feel extremely comfortable as soon as I stepped in. My concerns were taken into account and each step was explained to me. This has to be the best beauty salon in North Cardiff: The staff are very warm and welcoming, and the treatments are exceptionally good. The Beauty Rooms are spotlessly clean and nicely decorated. If you’re looking for a professional job carried out by lovely people, come here!

I recently had an appointment for male waxing and I must say it was a positive experience. Dewi was professional and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. The waxing itself was done efficiently and with minimal discomfort. I was impressed with the attention to detail and the thoroughness of the service. Overall, I would highly recommend this establishment for male waxing appointments.
