ICE was absolutely brilliant, she was gentle, kind and listened to the areas I was in pain with. She took the time to really carefully and effectively manage relief in the areas needed in my lower back and legs - specifically on my left side where it was most painful . This place is a hidden gem. I have been coming here for over a year and I have never been disappointed. I started coming once a week when I was pregnant and was suffering with lots of pain in my hips and found great relief with the massage therapist's. They are all very professional and so pleasant, would highly recommend Shens Massage.

Heidi was amazing! Her understanding of anatomy was excellent, she was able to apply a great deal of pressure for deep tissue relief but all of her actions were targeted and appropriate to the area. No unnecessary pointy poking, or running knuckles/elbows over bones. Just strong effective tension release, whilst still maintaining a calming "relaxation massage" sensation throughout.
