The most amazing nail salon in Bali. Intan is the best nail artist I have been to, she is very talented and is a perfectionist making sure every nail is done with precision and care. Ontop of that Intan was the most beautiful kind hearted soul I have ever met in Bali. I also got a pedicure done last week and my pedicure was relaxing and everything I requested was delivered. I would not go to any other nail salon in Bali but here. All the girls in the salon are so kind and patient. I highly recommend.

That was the most relaxing & incredible facial I have ever had. As someone who has worked with skin for 14 years & owns my own beauty salon in Australia, my standards are pretty high. I got the gua sha facial and added on the Buccal Massage - the gua sha was beautiful & relaxing but the Buccal Massage actually gave me an intense emotional release, my tears just started rolling out when she was finished, it was like all that stress and trauma had been released in one massage and the relief i felt was unbelievable. I would literally fly to bali just to have it done again. Wow Wow Wow 🥺🩷

Exceptional therapist. You can immediately tell that he understands the body rather than simply following a standard massage routine. He has an impressive ability to read where tension is coming from, adjust the pressure and technique, and work with real precision. Every movement feels intentional. For someone still relatively young, his level of knowledge, intuition and technical skill is remarkable. One of the best massages I’ve had in Bali. I booked a massage the second i arrive to Bali after travelling for long and it was amazing. The booking was super easy, the service amazing, the girl at the desk (i forgot the name, sorry!) was so lovely and we talked while I had a drink as well. The massage is very relaxing and in a cute place. I would definitely recommend!

We visited KOYA Spa a total of seven times as a family of three, both in Seminyak and Canggu. The truth is, at many spas the quality depends a lot on which therapist you get. At KOYA, while some therapists are exceptional, every therapist we had was consistently above a high standard. We’ve spent two months traveling around Bali and had massages almost every day, so we’ve experienced many of the island’s spas. Based on that experience, I can honestly say that KOYA is the best spa in Bali. If you’re looking for consistently excellent massage therapists, I highly recommend KOYA Spa.

Wat een fantastische ervaring bij The Routine! Vanessa heeft mijn dochter Sophie voorzien van prachtige hardgelnagels met de allermooiste nailart. Ze werkt ontzettend nauwkeurig, neemt de tijd en heeft echt oog voor detail. Het resultaat is nog mooier geworden dan we hadden gehoopt! Vanessa is bovendien heel vriendelijk, professioneel en duidelijk enorm getalenteerd in haar vak. Sophie is ontzettend blij met haar nieuwe nagels en krijgt er heel veel complimenten over. It was a beautiful session with Dian. I did a chi nei tsang and head massage. The cnt helped to get rid of gas and water retention on my tummy. Absolutely loved it. Would return the next time I come back to Bali

I had the 90-minute Balinese massage with Bu Suma, and it was an amazing experience. My body felt so much lighter and more relaxed afterward. Today is my last day in Bali and I have a late night flight, so it was the perfect way to end my trip. I also really appreciated being able to take a shower after the massage before heading to the airport. The staff were all friendly and welcoming, and the overall experience was excellent. The location is also very convenient, right on the main road with easy access. Highly recommended, and thank you, Bu Suma, for such a wonderful massage!
