As always such a great welcome is given whenever you walk through the door. Making you feel at home and relaxed. The premises are spotlessly clean and very well maintained. There has been a lot of thought and pride put into this place. The staff are so friendly and professional. All tasks are carried at at the utmost levels, whether it’s nails, massages, waxing or any of the varied treatments I have had. I have been so impressed at every point. Even after moving a distance from the salon, I will not go anywhere else. The customer care and service is just that good.

Warm and welcoming atmosphere. Melanie was very welcoming, polite and warming towards people. There was a nice and calm atmosphere and the salon was very clean and tidy. My eyebrow wax was very good and the time was taken to careful do the treatment. Now I have lovely looking brows :)

My first time visiting Soul Retreat after my mum recommended them and I was so glad I went! The salon has such a nice ambience and Lauren was super friendly and chatty. My hair was SO shiny and felt so healthy after my scalp treatment, cut, and blow dry. I would 100% recommend!
