A truly enlightening, relaxing & beautiful experience for 2. Involving a guided meditation, stretching, deep relaxation/energy healing. The room was set up beautifully, like walking into a place of what dreams are made of, the smells, low lighting & comfy blankets instilled a sense of peace & happiness. We ate cake/drank tea then took it in turns to have amazing treatments or lying in a cosy sauna blanket reading. I had-facial, massage & reflexology - amazing, Jane always knows exactly what you need. Walking out of the room we were floating. Thankyou for one of the best afternoons of my life!

Perfect way to start the weekend! Visited today for the second time for two treatments; red light therapy full body and the infra red sauna. Both were great, can already feel the difference in my body with less aches and niggles. Leah welcomed me with a great smile when I arrived, was warm and friendly and made me feel comfortable. The centre was once again spotlessly clean, with lovely extras available such as robe, slippers and refreshments. Thanks for a great start to my Friday!

I don't want to tell everyone about Jane incase she can no longer fit me in.. but you will not find a better massage therapist anywhere...absolutely incredible. I visit every 3/4 weeks as the difference on my body physically is amazing n mentally the experience is wonderful xx

I really enjoyed the hyperbaric oxygen therapy trial. Reneece was running late due to traffic, however I was called and offered the opportunity to reschedule for another time or day. I chose to wait and only had to wait 15 mins. As a goodwill gesture I was given extra time in the HBOT chamber. The small chamber is well equipped , with a comfortable chair, a tv and books. The 30 minutes went very quickly and was a great opportunity to relax & meditate. No idea about the long term benefits but enjoyed the experience & the customer service is excellent. I will do it again and would recommend

The best healing I’ve ever had in my life. Jane is amazing, I feel like a new woman. I can’t put into words how phenomenal the experience was but it’s all of the intricate details like the crystals, the aromas, the different intensities of the treatments, the music and the ambiance combined with her excellent multi therapy expertise and loveliness that makes the healing first class. I have visited the clinic twice now, both times I have been greeted by Louise, who is not only so lovely and welcoming, but also so knowledgeable about all the different services. I can’t wait to join one of the memberships that are on offer so I can really start my wellness journey. The atmosphere in the clinic is so relaxing and calming, I could spend all day there. I have tried the red light therapy and oxygen chamber so far, really looking forward to the cold plunge & sauna next. Well done to the ladies behind the wellness clinic, it’s just what we all needed x

I was greeted by a lovely girl who was very knowledgeable about the treatments and really gave me good advice. I used the infrared light therapy bed, it was my second 30minute session and I can honestly say that my skin has improved in appearance already! I will definitely be returning.

My first massage with Jane was fabulous. She put me at ease and in a state of relaxation straight away. I absolutely loved my treatment with the hot stones. I can’t wait to be back and booked in again soon! Xx

Me and my husband decided to try the Infrared Therapy Bed. We were made to feel very welcome when we arrived. The space is very relaxing and had everything you needed to feel comfortable. Eye masks are provided and towels. The experience was very relaxing and I can’t wait to come back and try some of the other therapies. Thank you.
