Great customer service from Renisha, I enjoyed the oxygen chamber but it did get a little too warm after a while. The red light therapy experience was my highlight as it was so relaxing. Only thing I was disappointed is that there is no shower to freshen up after the cold plunge and sauna otherwise I would have rated great.

Whilst the therapy was top notch, Louise is your asset. A lovely experience and I'll be back..Nothing more to say other than it's well positioned however does lack obvious parking, yet parking very nearby (paid) in front of the patisserie on the roundabout.or if you use Aldi or Lidl then you can park there for sometime.

Perfect way to start the weekend! Visited today for the second time for two treatments; red light therapy full body and the infra red sauna. Both were great, can already feel the difference in my body with less aches and niggles. Leah welcomed me with a great smile when I arrived, was warm and friendly and made me feel comfortable. The centre was once again spotlessly clean, with lovely extras available such as robe, slippers and refreshments. Thanks for a great start to my Friday!

It was my first time experience, and lady was so warm welcoming , informative and helpful. I did 2 hour session - oxygen chamber, red light therapy, infrared sauna and cold plunge. I order hot coconut matcha and it was lovely. I just felt so cozy and relaxed. I recommend this place yo anybody, if you really care about your own health or your family, this is the place for you.

Great experience, feel good after each session of Red Light Therapy

I really enjoyed the hyperbaric oxygen therapy trial. Reneece was running late due to traffic, however I was called and offered the opportunity to reschedule for another time or day. I chose to wait and only had to wait 15 mins. As a goodwill gesture I was given extra time in the HBOT chamber. The small chamber is well equipped , with a comfortable chair, a tv and books. The 30 minutes went very quickly and was a great opportunity to relax & meditate. No idea about the long term benefits but enjoyed the experience & the customer service is excellent. I will do it again and would recommend

Feel rejuvenated after using the red light therapy

I have visited the clinic twice now, both times I have been greeted by Louise, who is not only so lovely and welcoming, but also so knowledgeable about all the different services. I can’t wait to join one of the memberships that are on offer so I can really start my wellness journey. The atmosphere in the clinic is so relaxing and calming, I could spend all day there. I have tried the red light therapy and oxygen chamber so far, really looking forward to the cold plunge & sauna next. Well done to the ladies behind the wellness clinic, it’s just what we all needed x

I was greeted by a lovely girl who was very knowledgeable about the treatments and really gave me good advice. I used the infrared light therapy bed, it was my second 30minute session and I can honestly say that my skin has improved in appearance already! I will definitely be returning.

Me and my husband decided to try the Infrared Therapy Bed. We were made to feel very welcome when we arrived. The space is very relaxing and had everything you needed to feel comfortable. Eye masks are provided and towels. The experience was very relaxing and I can’t wait to come back and try some of the other therapies. Thank you.
