Bal was excellent, we discussed my injuries, treatments and goals for rehabilitation and he made an overall assessment of what I needed from the session that day and in the future for my health. He was very knowledgeable about the biomechanics and different types of physical therapy that would help me. He was really helpful, and very good at finding all the knots that needed attention.

I would highly recommend Farah at Therapyfit Body Clinic. The consultation was very informative and was followed by a much needed sports massage. I left feeling more mobile and extremely relaxed. Aftercare was also great, Farah emailed me a list of exercises to target my problem areas to try at home. I have since recommended Therapyfit Clinic to a number of work colleagues. Thank you Farah.

King Thai Therapy has become my second home. I have been a regular customer for many many years now and they never disappoint. I love the services provided for all needs aches and pains, facials and pregnancy massage. Thank you to all Therapists who all do a great job. A big thank you to Saranya who really knows her job well and makes me feel happy relaxed after the massage with great communication skills and smiling face. All staff members are polite and happy with great customer skills. I have never experienced anything bad in all these years while booking over the phone or in person.

As always the best massage, relaxing and clean atmosphere. The massage itself was an incredible blend of stretching, pressure point therapy, and rhythmic movements. My therapist was highly skilled, applying just the right amount of pressure to relieve tension without causing discomfort. The Floating Spa is a reflection of its owner Nav, who is patient, gentle and kind allowing your experience of the float to continue as you reflect in the lounge area, for as long as you want. Shelby was excellent in helping me with my first body cryotherapy.

Amazing experience. I went for oxygen chamber.therapy. They ran through everything with me and were with me to ensure I was ok. The facilties are five star and the water is amazing also. See you soon i Will definitely be back again.

Gurdev is an absolute gem very knowledgeable and great at what he does. I was having difficulty lifting and manoeuvring my left arm. Gurdev identified the issue and carried out the therapy session. I have instant relief after 1 session! Looking forward to the follow in a couple of weeks.

I have completed a 10 session oxygen therapy and 4 sessions of part cryotherapy to reduce my nostrils inflammation. And I can definitely see the health improvements. Not just the inflammation reduction but also increased vitality and energy level. I enjoyed every time when I came to the Active centre. The staff is very welcoming, professional and friendly. Bilal’s strength and knowledge is unmatched! I have a knee injury + a very physical job, and I came to him at my wit’s end. I walked out of the massage feeling like I rented a whole new body! I’m experiencing mobility I haven’t had in weeks, and he even gave me a few exercises to help moving forward.

Tammy was amazing. I have been suffering with crippling back pain after a fall at work and the cryotherapy has really helped for the first time in over a month I can sit up straight. I saw results straight away. Tammy made me feel comfortable and welcome I will definitely be back for more treatments.
