I had my first lymphatic drainage massage with Rachael at Brunell Harmony and absolutely loved it! I left feeling lighter, less bloated and so relaxed. Rachel was incredibly knowledgeable, explaining the areas that needed more work and giving me great tips to continue at home. It was also her first day at the Wylde Green location within Therapy & Flow, and you’d never have known. Great location, fantastic value and I can’t wait to book again. Would highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

An amazing experience 👏👏👏 I have been visiting Jane at Therapy & Flow for several years . She just knows what your aching body needs . Her holistic approach is truly wonderful . I leave her , feeling human again . She allows me to work a very tiring and stressful job . Wow! Jane’s treatments are out of this world!!! My massage tonight was such a beautiful and holistic experience, combining hot stones, a luxurious facial, reiki healing and reflexology - I feel like a completely different person.
