Always the best experience with Rachael I had the harmony massage tonight and I loved every minute. I don’t know how she does it the flow of it just everything the most relaxing experience. All the little touches just make it ❤️ she’s truly amazing at what she does. Thank you so much xx

Had a 2-hour deep tissue full body massage with Rachael and it was honestly one of the best massages I’ve had around Birmingham. Rachael took the time to understand my expectations and previous experiences before starting, and her technique was excellent. She was very thorough and seemed to intuitively know which muscles needed more attention. I also really appreciated that “full body” actually meant full body — unlike other therapists where it feels more like three-quarters! Rachael was a noticeably better experience and I’ll definitely be booking again. Which I already have.

I’ve been following Rachael’s page for a while, & when the opportunity finally came to have a lymphatic drainage massage with her, I couldn’t wait — and it absolutely did not disappoint! From the moment I arrived, Rachael was so welcoming and warm. Her knowledge really shines through every step of the process. She explained not only what she was doing, but also why, which made the whole experience feel so informative & reassuring. I’ve already booked further treatments! I’m so glad I made the appointment and would highly recommend Rachael to anyone considering any treatment❤️
