Lovely session tonight after quite a few weeks off, i have been on quite a journey so far with Lucy and she has been with me every step of the way on the ups and the downs and she has given me guidance, i feel really very thankful to have Lucy in my life xx We spoke about the next steps tonight and what that may look like and what i do know is that i still want to continue working with Lucy x

Another great session 👏 I've now found going every 4 weeks is more beneficial for me. But yet again after the session I feel so much better and now I'm finding that I go to therapy happy. Thank you lucy

Not knowing what to expect from the initial session with Lucy I was a little bit anxious. That feeling soon melted away once we got talking. She listened to what I had to say and made me feel really relaxed. I left the session feeling positive about my goals and that's before even starting any actual therapy. Lucy is phenomenal. I Have been having hypnotherapy & general therapy for the past few months and I have never felt this way after other therapy sessions in the past.
