The massage and cupping from Rachel is essential in keeping me training pain-free. She is responsive and understands to where i have experienced tightness and DOMS and even finds and works on troublesome areas before I knew about them myself! Came in for a sports / Hot stone massage before my comp at the weekend, first time having one so I had no idea what to expect, Rachel was very welcoming and friendly, feel 1000x better after having had it done and will definitely be back.

Rachel was amazing, as always. I found the stones really relaxing, my shoulders were really tight and I was struggling with internal rotation. After coming away my shoulders are nice and loose but also pain free! Would highly recommend.
