Fabulous Spa day. My friend and myself came on the January Spa day. All staff extremely helpful especially the lady on reception (sorry i don't know her name) I left my key in the treatment room for my locker and she sorted it for me. We had a neck, scalp and shoulder massage and it was the best I've had. It's been at least 5 years since I've been to the Spa and i thoroughly enjoyed it. It won't be another 5 years till I come back again. Perfect in every way

I just had the loveliest day at Cloisters spa: I had received a voucher for a 'Serene escape' and was treated with a great massage, and lovely service all around. 10/10!

As good a massage as we have had anywhere. Well done girls. The spa beforehand was great. Loved the fact it was quiet (no kids) and the facilities first class. Will be back.

The overall treatment was really lovely. As the treatment rooms are next to reception it was often quite loud with people talking. The lunch was great but walking in the rain in robes to the main hotel (in flip flops) isn’t ideal especially walking past the kitchens seeing behind the scenes abs a chef coughing up a lung Swimming are lovely but looking a little old with rusty walls and the gym has old equipment Lastly no one answers the phone in the spa, tried 7 times over 5 occasions, had to resort to calling the hotel and get put through Some great potential here and loved my treatment

My sister and I visited the Spa on the 18 th April for my Birthday.I can honestly say it was one of the best Birthday I have had … spa facilities are excellent very clean and welcoming.The 2 young Ladies that did our treatments where absolutely fabulous . Then we had Lunch and drinks at the hotel attached to the spa . The food was first class and again very clean and welcoming. I would highly recommend this spa . 5 star treatment all the way 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Very good value spa day. The pool area was very warm including the pool. There could do with a few more sun loungers around the pool. Apart from that great - we’ll be booking again.

What a way to start a Sunday morning ! Motorway delays don’t help .The spa was so accommodating ! To ensure I received a treatment rather being charged for a ‘no show’ my appointment was rearranged I arrived a bit early for my new appointment. Had to complete the usual health questionnaire Then I was invited to join Lucy in her treatment room. What an experience ! Even though 1st client of the day so room not overly warm the massage delivered by Lucy soon made up for it. A young lady but a true professional Excellent massage My wellbeing and comfort at the forefront Thank you Lucy

Fantastic day at the spa. They staff were really friendly. The gym was much better than I expected and pool much larger. It’s so easy how you can order lunch with them to then go into the Parsonage hotel for it, and as always they didn’t disappoint either. We’d definitely go back again!

Spa experience and massage excellent as usual

Overall the experience was really good. And the massage by Sylvia was amazing! The only thing is that when we first arrived were left a little to our own devices. Fir example we walked straight into the spa.and.stodd there dot a good 10 minutes waiting for anyone to appear at reception as there was no bell. I tried to phone the hotel to say we were here but while in the queue did see someone. The lady was very nice but didn't know we were having the upgrade of afternoon tea and tried to give us the light lunch menus. Overall good experience but seemed a little disorganised.

We had a lovely time at Cloisters Spa today! We are super chilled now. Our Swedish full body massage was really good & we loved the spa area with lots of choices to relax & unwind. Lovely treatment rooms, would definitely go back.
