10/10. I almost want to gatekeeper this place. That’s how satisfied I felt. I truly was not expecting how welcoming, warm, accommodating and skilled both Marissa and the rest of the staff were. I am beyond grateful for the hospitality. If you book at this spa be sure to request Marissa, she is absolutely lovely and extremely attentive to your needs. Will be returning and recommending to my family and friends.

Ashley was phenomenal!!!!! Very professional and calming to be around. Ive never been here before and felt like I was transported to a different place, the decor and vibe made me very relaxed and it definitely didnt feel overly commercial like a lot of spas these days. This is not my first time at Signature Spa. From my first experience I was hooked and will remain a regular customer. Ebony continues to perform a great service flawlessly, from start to finish making her client feel so comfortable and at ease when she does her magic 😊. I won’t trade her for anyone else. My first time having Zoe wax my eyebrows and I must say I was impressed. She was mannerly, friendly, and very pleasant throughout the process. You are doing well, keep up the good work and Thank you. I cannot rate my experience other than 5 stars ⭐️

Karissa was so welcoming and professional, making us feel right at home from the moment we walked in. She really took her time to ensure our locs were neat, even, and styled to perfection. The atmosphere was relaxing, and we both left feeling pampered and rejuvenated. Our locs have never looked better—defined, healthy, and full of life! We can’t wait to come back.
