10/10. I almost want to gatekeeper this place. That’s how satisfied I felt. I truly was not expecting how welcoming, warm, accommodating and skilled both Marissa and the rest of the staff were. I am beyond grateful for the hospitality. If you book at this spa be sure to request Marissa, she is absolutely lovely and extremely attentive to your needs. Will be returning and recommending to my family and friends.

Tonya was really accommodating after my regular girl had to cancel due to a family emergency. she fit me in and did a fantastic job and was lovely and personable. Her space was also clean and she was very hygienic. I definitely recommend her.

Ashley was phenomenal!!!!! Very professional and calming to be around. Ive never been here before and felt like I was transported to a different place, the decor and vibe made me very relaxed and it definitely didnt feel overly commercial like a lot of spas these days. I had the best experience at PBK Beauty Spa! My sister and I went in to get our locs twisted and styled. We were beyond impressed with the results.
