Lovely owner. Great service. I am a tourist over from the UK so was nervous about getting a wax from someone other than my regular one. I walked to the salon from Carlisle Bay but recommend getting a bus or taxi if you don’t like walking. Owner sent directions before apt with detailed instructions. Got a very warm welcome and she even cut my partners hair whilst he waited and put on paw patrol for my daughter. Wax was the exact same as back home. They listened to what my normal service was like and replicated it.

My experience was amazing as usual. Tiffany is always on time and ready to get down to business as soon as you walk through the door. She is always professional and loves what she does. It was first time doing a wax, while the initial feeling was a shock, Kesha made sure I was comfortable and allowed me a couple minutes to breathe. Overall the experience was new and I was in good hands, definitely continue waxing in the future .

Where to start??? I haven’t been well for the past couple weeks so I was only exfoliating once a week or when I felt like it. Moving on, my appointment was today and I had some ingrowns as expected and a couple black heads due to my inconsistency. nonetheless, my wax went smoothly and I loved the new wax we used today! I hardly felt a thing. If you didn’t take anything from this…just know that exfoliating and moisturizing is extremely important in your waxing journey.

Best pedicure I’ve every had. Kelly Ann was very thorough and professional. My feet are suuuper smooth and she did wonders with my big toe that I had hit and broken the nail. I need to get more pedicures now 10/10 Will be requesting her from now on. Already been singing her praises to other people in my life. Such a great experience. Love the new space as well.
