Torie, Derrica and Chauntel made sure without a doubt that I was comfortable and made my spa day a relaxing experience. It was my first time being waxed and Derrica was a sweetheart with helping me to be relaxed and stay calm. Chantel was so soothing with her hands during my pedicure that I fell asleep. LOL. Amazing service. Went for a 1st time one off visit and that one off visit has now led to routine appointments. Service is great and Tiffany makes you feel comfortable and relaxed in a very warm and friendly environment. Definitely worth going!!!

It was my first time at Atera Spa and I had the Into the Deep package. It was a great experience, very relaxing. The atmosphere allows and encourages you to sit back, let go and relax. The staff are friendly, professional and really are good at what they do. I will definitely be returning on a regular basis.

Always a relaxing, satisfying experience

Staff are attentive, hospitable and gentle. It was my first visit and I felt pampered. My favorite was the no gravity chair and the sauna, but I recommend that you get the full works. They will see me again

What an amazing place. So happy to have found such a lovely salon. I have done my hair color, excellent hairs products. The pedicure spa was amazing and relaxing you can choose so many gel varnish colors! Great !

The experience was extraordinary. Shelly is professional, clean, knowledgeable and welcoming. She definitely went and extra mile in making sure I found the location safely and efficiently given that am not a local this I gladly appreciated. Her persona made me feel relaxed and she was very careful with every step ensuring that I was okay with every step. I would definitely be using pretti sweet sugaring spa until my continue stay in Barbados. Shelly thank you so much for making my experience and my day wonderful. I thoroughly enjoyed my pedicure and gel polish for my hands. I felt comfortable with my therapist Kelly and very relaxed. I enjoyed the deep massage to my feet the most and the great service given by all staff. Having a couples pedicure allow my to have a relaxing time with my husband in a serene atmosphere.

My experience was good and God willing I will be back. Just one thing to note. I think the order in which things were done could have been different and the experience should have started with the neck and shoulder massage first to get the client relaxed as well as I thought the with the massage I would have been lying on my stomach. Then, it should continue with the brow wax and then the lashes. However, overall it was a lovely experience and Derica is very knowledgable and understanding.

Excellent staff, everyone was very friendly, great relaxing atmosphere. My pedicure was done by Amber who did an excellent professional job, my feet felt like a new pair when she was done. I am a first time visitor to the salon,but it sure won't be my last. Kudos to the entire staff!
