Clean, tranquil, and relaxing. One of the best massages I’ve ever had. I had a full body Swedish massage. The therapist paid attention to my areas that needed the most attention. I took my mom to KiWest Spa for the pedicure experience. She was attended to by Ms Oni Scantlebury, who I found was patient, calm and genuine. She offered her a glass of wine in lue of her upcoming Birthdays and that small gesture put a beautiful smile on my mom's face. Ms Oni was professional , what stood out for me the onlookers, was her gentleness, calm and pleasant demeanor. Thank you for making the experience a pleasant one for my mom.

I recently had one of the most relaxing pedicures ever! The service was exceptional. Julisa was not only skilled but also incredibly nice and friendly. She made the whole experience so enjoyable with her warm personality and great conversation—it felt like catching up with an old friend! She took her time to make sure everything was perfect, from the foot soak to the massage, and paid attention to every detail. My feet feel amazing, and I left feeling completely pampered and relaxed.
