Beautiful high end space with luxurious facilities and products for the Infrared sauna. The staff were friendly and helpful which made the whole experience a delight. Highly recommend and great value compared to other infrared saunas I’ve used.

I just absolutely love coming to Body Wrl and having some relaxing time out with the Deluxe Infra red sauna which includes the beautiful rain shower . The ambience in this place is next level and the whole experience from the moment i walk in just so relaxing with the subtle lighting and also can change the coloured lights for different effects . Nice big jug of filtered water im just in heaven sweating away all my troubles from the week . So relaxed and renewed afterwards ready to get on with my day .Beautiful staff just so lovely &accommodating. Very clean & professional private day spa

Their location was not hard to find given that we only commute to get there. When we arrived, we were greeted by Sophia and Felicia. They gave us complimentary drinks. While waiting for our session, Sophia explained to us how our availed packages were going to be. Sophia, Felicia, and Bruna were all accommodating. We really loved their complimentary drinks from tea (when we arrived), cold flavored water (while we’re in the Infrared Sauna), and orange juice (I swear you’ll love it too)! The services were great and we’re planning to come back. The Infrared Sauna is a must have when you come.

Great new state of the art facilities in a tranquil space to relax and recharge. The infrared sauna and ice bath is all new and with private showering facilities in the same room. Very impressive!

Sophia handled my visit with great care and provided a simple to follow overview of how the process works. I was a little nervous to begin with, but she made the whole session feel natural from beginning to end. It's always great visiting Elite - all the staff are so friendly! My current favourite strategy is the photobiomodulation + sauna/ice bath. Best mood booster (and for focus) and it's a great way to improve your mitochondrial function because both these strategies increases heatshock protein response! IFYKYK ;)

I’ve visited Body WRL three times now with my partner and we’ve enjoyed our experience every time. We normally use the infrared sauna but we’ve tried the float pod too and it was a great experience. The staff are nice and helpful, the facility is clean, and the actual amenities are great.

Great sauna space and extremely helpful staff

Excellent experience with Rhiannon. She made the experience very safe, relaxing & calm. Rhiannon explained the experience really well. She was very kind and friendly. The spa experience itself was phenomenal! The ability to lay on your stomach (with a belly pillow) was excellent, the session was great & very relaxing. The refreshments after were excellent. Thank you!

It is the second time i visit Yummy mummy day spa and I absolutely love this place. The pregnancy massage is amazing. I highly recommend it ! 90 minutes is the best option to really relax and come out on a cloud 🤍 Thank you
