I am currently training for a ultramarathon. And for recovery there is no better place close by in south Sydney that offers the recovery needs for my body to reset and recover quickly. Unbelievable clean and such friendly star. 10/10.

Rometa is arguably the best place in Sydney to get a massage from a qualified massage therapist. The owner Tatiana has taken great care in building this business by choosing only qualified therapists. Whether it is Tatiana, Natalia, Greta or anyone of the qualified therapists that attend to you, you are sure to get a great massage. It's hard to find a place where you have such qualified people who know what they are doing, and it's even harder to find such a place where they accept health fund rebates.

Rometa is definitely one of the best places in Sydney to receive a professional massage from a qualified massage therapist. This is my second time here and once again I'm happy to give a great feedback and recommend the place to everyone. The owner Tatiana is excellent in her craft and is patient enough to understand your problem areas and work on them. If you have Private Health Insurance, it's even better as you can claim the rebate. All in all, Rometa is a must visit place and everyone working there are just awesome.

I just absolutely love coming to Body Wrl and having some relaxing time out with the Deluxe Infra red sauna which includes the beautiful rain shower . The ambience in this place is next level and the whole experience from the moment i walk in just so relaxing with the subtle lighting and also can change the coloured lights for different effects . Nice big jug of filtered water im just in heaven sweating away all my troubles from the week . So relaxed and renewed afterwards ready to get on with my day .Beautiful staff just so lovely &accommodating. Very clean & professional private day spa

Had an amazing experience at Body WRL using their infrared saunas. The facility is clean, modern, and well-maintained, making it the perfect place to unwind and detox. The sauna itself was incredibly relaxing. The staff were welcoming, professional, and such lovely people, ensuring I had everything I needed for a great session. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a top-notch wellness experience!

Great new state of the art facilities in a tranquil space to relax and recharge. The infrared sauna and ice bath is all new and with private showering facilities in the same room. Very impressive!

Sauna and red light were amazing, as per usual! Unfortunately the 2/3 people using Sauna 1 at the same time didn't seem to have an awareness that their conversation carries and were disruptive. As a regular customer (I will be back!) it is a frustrating experience to not be able to relax. Monitoring of the noise level would be appreciated.

Exactly what I needed ! A bubble out of time Bruna was amazing, a smooth touch for an amazing and full relaxing lymphatic massage 🙏🏻 With the sauna, it was a perfect combo for detox my body, I feel amazing. Joe suprised me at the end with a wonderful juice & chocolate ! cherry on the cake ! An amazing experience ! Far beyond my expectations. Thanks a lot 🫶🏻

The most beautiful sauna experience... From the moment I walked in I was in love and felt relaxed. The sauna room is beautiful, instantly calming with the music and it is your own private room, other saunas I’ve visited I’ve shared a communion shower area.
