I am currently training for a ultramarathon. And for recovery there is no better place close by in south Sydney that offers the recovery needs for my body to reset and recover quickly. Unbelievable clean and such friendly star. 10/10.

I had a Swedish relaxation massage with Felicia and she was absolutely amazing. From the moment the treatment started, I felt completely relaxed and at ease. Her touch was intuitive, calming, and perfectly balanced—exactly what I needed to unwind. Felicia is incredibly professional, attentive, and clearly very skilled at what she does. Great new state of the art facilities in a tranquil space to relax and recharge. The infrared sauna and ice bath is all new and with private showering facilities in the same room. Very impressive!

Sauna and red light were amazing, as per usual! Unfortunately the 2/3 people using Sauna 1 at the same time didn't seem to have an awareness that their conversation carries and were disruptive. As a regular customer (I will be back!) it is a frustrating experience to not be able to relax. Monitoring of the noise level would be appreciated.

Exactly what I needed ! A bubble out of time Bruna was amazing, a smooth touch for an amazing and full relaxing lymphatic massage 🙏🏻 With the sauna, it was a perfect combo for detox my body, I feel amazing. Joe suprised me at the end with a wonderful juice & chocolate ! cherry on the cake ! An amazing experience ! Far beyond my expectations. Thanks a lot 🫶🏻

1st time going for a sauna at Wildfire it was just beautiful sitting in my own little sauna booth it’s was so relaxing for 45 minutes. I went in at 2pm the lunchtime special. Yes I will be returning thank you for the great service

I had a wonderful massage with Julia. She was very intuitive and used a variety of massage modalities which was super effective. Ms Yim is intuitive and deft at finding knots and gently working them out. She used trigger points, and worked on one part of my body to release another part, which to me felt like expert level healing. She is warm, skilled, and I had an amazing, relaxing experience. I will be going back very soon :)

This was an extremely relaxing and healing massage. Paloma asked me where I was tense, and then was able to find the knots and gradually work them out. She gave me stretches to do as well. She is a gifted and intuitive healer. Also, the room is very private and comfortable. 10/10 would recommend :)
