My partner and i had the best experience at urban retreat. We had a 3 and a half hour package with sauna, scrub, massage, facial and head massage. It was absolutely heavenly. The staff were extremely professional and attentive and the spa was immaculate. We cant wait to come back.

I only went to use their infrared sauna. The lady at the reception was friendly and she even prepared me a very nice tea after my 45min sauna session. It was amazing.

Lovely Day Spa with friendly staff. We booked a couples massage on short notice and they were able to accommodate. We both enjoyed our massage immensely and will return.

Had a great remedial massage by Nancy yesterday. No matter which therapist they assign to you, I always receive professional treatment, clearly they are very well trained. I have been to many day spas for massage, and this is consistently the best massage and day spa in Canberra by far.
