I had another great physio session with Sally & Colm today as having massive issues with my back. As always a detailed verbal conversation was had prior to any massaging or needle work been carried out. After the 45 minute session i felt great relief & was able to straighten up the back & move more freely. Sally was direct & mentioned a few back strenghtening excerises going forward....old body, new parts needed.

Excellent massage — one of the best I've had in a while. The therapist was skilled and professional, checked in on pressure throughout, and really worked out the tension I came in with.
