Jessica was very professional, and she has a great deal of knowledge about skincare. The gua sha massage was phenomenal - and my skin was left feeling moisturized (but not oily). 10/10 my favourite facial in Hamilton!

I came here for my first pedicure ever, and despite me not knowing what to do, the nail tech that worked on me was incredibly patient and did a fantastic job on my nails. They haven't looked this good in a long time and I'm very appreciative of her work 🩷

Emily is super nice and she is the first nail tech to be super gentle with my nails. I always love how my nails turn out and she constantly is asking how they are to make sure I like them. It also helps that she’s super talkative and we can chat the whole time :)

Very welcoming atmosphere with top-notch service and a great find upon Concession in Hamilton. I got work done on my brows and I was super happy with the results. I will be back.

The girl doing me very nice very quiet but good and listen to my concerns and I believe did all the steps of a manicure and pedicure. Near end and at end was more talkative and showed us stuff gave us knowledge very nice girl. As for my daughter's girl seemed to maybe have skipped some things through the manicure and pedicure the nail polish was sloppy. She was quiet as well. At the end opened up abit and followed my girl in showing us stuff and giving knowledge. We still gave both girls a tip each. Oh the only other thing is they didn't introduce themselves so don't know them by name.

I was very pleased with my visit for a Manicure and Pedicure done by Joad. She took the time to do a good job. I look forward to my next visit.

I cannot say enough great things about Emily! I have never loved my nails as much as when I have left them in her hands 💕 My idea’s come to life with her and it is as if she works magic (years of built up skills and practice) straight onto my fingertips! Not only is she making my nails as pretty as possible, we are listening to a fantastic playlist, we exchange hot nail gossip, AND she tells me how to better care for my nails. This woman is a saint through and through dealing with my indecisive self. By the time our appointment rolls around I’ve already sent her 2 more set idea’s! ⭐️x1000

She is the only person I trust with my nails. She’s incredibly sweet, always makes you feel comfortable, and her work is so precise-especially with the cuticles. Every set is clean, detailed, and exactly what I want. I always leave happy. Highly recommend!

Emily is amazing! I hadn’t had my nails done in years and she took great care of my nails. I had nearly no length and with Emily’s support my natural nails are long, strong and healthy. She has answered so many of my questions about the Gel X, and soft overlay process, including safety for my hands using the light(s). Emily is very detail oriented and takes pride in her work. If she feels a design hasn’t come out right she will ask you how you feel about it and change it if requested. The end results always come out beautiful and amazing! 5 stars!

Got a lovely shellac manicure from Aisja- the atmosphere was very chill, everything was super clean, and she explained everything she was doing. Great selection of colours and options, too!

It was such a great experience all round. She is so kind and great to talk to. When you don’t feel like talking it is simply a calm environment and it doesn’t feel awkward or uncomfortable. She is such a great artist, I’m convinced she can do anything. She was very communicative and answered every question I had with detail. Honestly I learned so much just by watching and asking so many different things. She also has amazing music taste so the songs that played in the background on the tv made a perfect environment. Im never going to a different nail tech ever again. She was perfect!

Words cannot express how much I love Emily. Her talent is pure artistry. She always helps me come up with the best sets, and her mind is so creative it blows me away. She never makes me feel like I’m asking for too much, and I’m left speechless every time I leave her studio. I get excited every time I have an appointment with her. Thank you for always making me feel comfortable every time I’m there. I truly couldn’t ask for a better nail tech.
