Jessica was very professional, and she has a great deal of knowledge about skincare. The gua sha massage was phenomenal - and my skin was left feeling moisturized (but not oily). 10/10 my favourite facial in Hamilton!

Emily is super nice and she is the first nail tech to be super gentle with my nails. I always love how my nails turn out and she constantly is asking how they are to make sure I like them. It also helps that she’s super talkative and we can chat the whole time :)

I live right down the street from this nail salon. I drive past it on my way home from work and I was always curious about their services. Today I decided to book and appointment and go. I did a deluxe manicure with the hot oil and massage. I believe my nail tech was Bosna (sorry if that’s wrong). She was super welcoming and friendly. I will 100% be back and will be recommended my friends and family. Keep up the good work!

I recently had the flourish facial with the beautiful Sarah Grier and the experience was so fantastic! From the minute she greets you to the actual service itself! She is so experienced and her selection of products is based on the individual it is not a one size fits all! I will be back with Sarah in the future! I just the most relaxing experience at Flourish. Spent the evening being pampered with the Escape Spa Package. A Bloom facial and flourish manicure and pedicure. Danika was absolutely amazing throughout sharing her expertise and providing recommendations. An absolutely beautiful spa experience. Those heated beds are a game changer. I will be back!
