Jessica was very professional, and she has a great deal of knowledge about skincare. The gua sha massage was phenomenal - and my skin was left feeling moisturized (but not oily). 10/10 my favourite facial in Hamilton!

Emily is super nice and she is the first nail tech to be super gentle with my nails. I always love how my nails turn out and she constantly is asking how they are to make sure I like them. It also helps that she’s super talkative and we can chat the whole time :)

I recently enjoyed a Lux Pedicure with Meghan, and I cannot recommend her enough. She is gentle, attentive, and genuinely caring throughout the entire service. What I appreciated most was her ability to read social cues and create exactly the kind of atmosphere her client prefers—whether quiet and relaxing or friendly and conversational. Meghan’s professionalism and thoughtful approach make the experience truly exceptional.

I cannot say enough great things about Emily! I have never loved my nails as much as when I have left them in her hands 💕 My idea’s come to life with her and it is as if she works magic (years of built up skills and practice) straight onto my fingertips! Not only is she making my nails as pretty as possible, we are listening to a fantastic playlist, we exchange hot nail gossip, AND she tells me how to better care for my nails. This woman is a saint through and through dealing with my indecisive self. By the time our appointment rolls around I’ve already sent her 2 more set idea’s! ⭐️x1000

She is the only person I trust with my nails. She’s incredibly sweet, always makes you feel comfortable, and her work is so precise-especially with the cuticles. Every set is clean, detailed, and exactly what I want. I always leave happy. Highly recommend!

Emily is amazing! I hadn’t had my nails done in years and she took great care of my nails. I had nearly no length and with Emily’s support my natural nails are long, strong and healthy. She has answered so many of my questions about the Gel X, and soft overlay process, including safety for my hands using the light(s). Emily is very detail oriented and takes pride in her work. If she feels a design hasn’t come out right she will ask you how you feel about it and change it if requested. The end results always come out beautiful and amazing! 5 stars!

Got a lovely shellac manicure from Aisja- the atmosphere was very chill, everything was super clean, and she explained everything she was doing. Great selection of colours and options, too!

It was such a great experience all round. She is so kind and great to talk to. When you don’t feel like talking it is simply a calm environment and it doesn’t feel awkward or uncomfortable. She is such a great artist, I’m convinced she can do anything. She was very communicative and answered every question I had with detail. Honestly I learned so much just by watching and asking so many different things. She also has amazing music taste so the songs that played in the background on the tv made a perfect environment. Im never going to a different nail tech ever again. She was perfect!

Words cannot express how much I love Emily. Her talent is pure artistry. She always helps me come up with the best sets, and her mind is so creative it blows me away. She never makes me feel like I’m asking for too much, and I’m left speechless every time I leave her studio. I get excited every time I have an appointment with her. Thank you for always making me feel comfortable every time I’m there. I truly couldn’t ask for a better nail tech.

Service was good- I thought I was getting dermabrasion included when I booked the service. I saw that in the description but guess I was wrong. Bed was extremely uncomfortable for this service- I have a huge mark on my forehead which I hope goes away. Temperature in the room was a bit cool - I had no clothes on so it would’ve been nice to be warmer. When I entered the salon, the smell of acrylic was overwhelming….nails were being done in the back but it was very strong. Overall it was okay. Slightly disappointed that I asked about arm waxing twice and wasn’t asked if I wanted to book.

Alisse is amazing. Not only is she super accommodating when it comes to appointment times, but she is always willing to try any idea I come in with. She has very unique colours, as well as extras to bling out your nails, and if there is a colour she doesn't have, she will make it for you!! I got a custom colour made for me and it looks amazing. I'm so happy with my nails every time I go to see her. She also has very strict protocols in place in order to keep everyone feeling safe & healthy. Thanks for always being the best Alisse
