First time at Lux Nail Beauty Bar. Such a wonderful experience from start to finish. Lynn did an amazing job on my pedicure, and Kim did my manicure which I was very pleased with. Kevin did an amazing job! He fixed 3 finger nails from a recent GelX application I had done at another nail salon. He was so quick and made them match my other nails perfectly. Thank you Kevin! And thank you Wendy for squeezing me in today! Wendy is always so accommodating, professional, and lovely to deal with. Lesson learned: don’t go anywhere else but Lux!

It was my first time here, and my first time getting a wax treatment. My shellac nails like look great, and Sandy was very responsive to how I wanted my nails shaped. I am a little disappointed that after a Luxe manicure, I still have dry spots on my hands: the webbing between my thumb and fingers, and under my rings, which both of us forgot that I should take off before the treatment. Also, I seem to have shellac stuck to the pad of my right index finger (I remember my finger sticking to something when I lifted it from the bottom of the UV dryer at one point)...how do I get this spot off?

As always my nails are phenomenal. Anna is the absolute best, although I’ve never had a bad experience with any of the nail techs. I ordered the iced chai latte from the cafe and it was delicious. Wendy made it for me, she’s an absolute gem too. Love my time at Lux! They never disappoint! I went in for my birthday and I got 10% off all services and a free bathbomb!

If you are looking for a business that stands by their work and is committed to customer service, come to Lux! I was not happy with a manicure I had done (not by Lynn). I emailed management and expressed my concerns. Cat was prompt in getting back to me, and delightful to deal with. She set me up with Lynn, who did a complete removal and redo of my nails at no charge. The difference was night and day. Lynn is so lovely to talk to, and really made me feel comfortable. She is meticulous with her work. I left very happy. Lux, you've gained a customer for life!

Emily is super nice and she is the first nail tech to be super gentle with my nails. I always love how my nails turn out and she constantly is asking how they are to make sure I like them. It also helps that she’s super talkative and we can chat the whole time :)

I had such a relaxing and amazing pedicure! Lizia always pays attention to detail with nails and does the most beautiful job!

Amazing Rama is great nail tech and has amazing skills and Ola did such great job at really taking care of our pedicure and comfort

I have never loved my nails as much as when I have left them in her hands 💕 My idea’s come to life with her and it is as if she works magic (years of built up skills and practice) straight onto my fingertips! Not only is she making my nails as pretty as possible, we are listening to a fantastic playlist, we exchange hot nail gossip, AND she tells me how to better care for my nails. This woman is a saint through and through dealing with my indecisive self. By the time our appointment rolls around I’ve already sent her 2 more set idea’s! ⭐️x1000
