Jessica was very professional, and she has a great deal of knowledge about skincare. The gua sha massage was phenomenal - and my skin was left feeling moisturized (but not oily). 10/10 my favourite facial in Hamilton!

First time at Innovare Beauty and Liza did an amazing job! She recommended the perfect shape and base colour for my nails which I am obsessed with. The cuticle care during the manicure was competed meticulously. I highly recommend this salon for Russian manicures !!

Emily is super nice and she is the first nail tech to be super gentle with my nails. I always love how my nails turn out and she constantly is asking how they are to make sure I like them. It also helps that she’s super talkative and we can chat the whole time :)

Loved this experience!. Great job team. First time there for a girl's night out. Had a drink while getting our toes done. How awesome is that? It was delicious. Jeev was very attentive and ensured I was happy throughout the process. I had a pedicure, foot massage and shellac manicure with ombre. I highly recommend the whole experience. Nice ambiance. Reasonable prices.

Ayla is a lovely human and very open and friendly. My pedicure looks lovely and I’ve received many compliments. However, my hand massage ended up being only 7 minutes and needed to be more intentional. The Nail Hotel has a lot of potential in their business model, but it needs to be clearly advertised that drinks and specialty coffees are only available when their 1 staff member with smart serve is working. This business was specifically chosen for today for the “experience”. Owners should also reflect on their seating as they are not designed for relaxation…for either pedicures or massages.

Nav is the best! I always come to her for my nails because she does an amazing job every time. She carefully removed my old nails without causing any damage and applied the nail polish perfectly. I have never loved my nails as much as when I have left them in her hands 💕 My idea’s come to life with her and it is as if she works magic (years of built up skills and practice) straight onto my fingertips! Not only is she making my nails as pretty as possible, we are listening to a fantastic playlist, we exchange hot nail gossip, AND she tells me how to better care for my nails.
