I had an amazing experience at 1111. I had a buccal massage, a facial, and an Indian head massage, and every treatment was excellent. I left feeling incredibly relaxed and refreshed. The highlight for me was definitely the buccal massage. I could already notice that my face felt more lifted and sculpted immediately after the treatment. The whole experience was professional, calming, and exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend 1111 to anyone looking for high-quality treatments and a truly relaxing experience.

I have been going to Jane for treatments for a number of years and she is completely amazing. The whole treatment is always the most relaxed I ever feel as I find it hard to switch off. I would highly recommend Jane for any massage, reiki, reflexology or facial as you really won’t find better.

Absolutely amazing experience with Lucy. I booked a lymphatic drainage massage, but after a thorough consultation she tailored the treatment to how I was feeling that day. She explained everything clearly, checked I was comfortable and focused on the areas that needed it most. The pressure was perfect and the heated blanket, calming music and oils made it so relaxing. Her aftercare was incredibly thoughtful and completely spot on. She even messaged me afterwards with her advice. No pushy sales, just genuine care. I left feeling calmer, lighter and will definitely return!

Lucy is so lovely 🥰 I had to cancel the first appointment I made due to unforeseen circumstances, she completely understood and was so accommodating with re booking. During the initial consultation i was asked what I wanted the massage to be like and it couldn’t have been more spot on. Lucy was amazing and did exactly what I asked for in a warm, cosy & very quiet environment, I was totally relaxed from the off. I had such a lovely experience at this head spa. The environment was calm and really relaxing. Vee was amazing, attentive, polite, and explained everything clearly, which made me feel completely at ease. The scalp analysis was thorough and the massage was incredible. I had microneedling with PRP this evening with Monie and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The atmosphere was very calming, with candles lit that made the space feel really relaxing. She took her time, worked with great care and attention to detail and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire treatment.
