Lucy is just the loveliest human being, she was so gracious when I arrived very late due to travel issues (from Solihull) and gave me options in order to accommodate me so I didn't have a wasted journey. Not the best circumstances to arrive for a massage but Lucy helped me relax immediately. This was my second visit, a warm friendly welcome, Lucy worked her magic and my tension just melted away, a thoroughly relaxing experience with helpful aftercare advice. Highly recommend

Excellent experience, very friendly therapist, with care taken at the start to identify problem areas and outlining what to expect, a really relaxing and good massage and then some after care tips at the end. Will definitely be returning in the future.

Absolutely amazing experience with Lucy. I booked a lymphatic drainage massage, but after a thorough consultation she tailored the treatment to how I was feeling that day. She explained everything clearly, checked I was comfortable and focused on the areas that needed it most. The pressure was perfect and the heated blanket, calming music and oils made it so relaxing. Her aftercare was incredibly thoughtful and completely spot on. She even messaged me afterwards with her advice. No pushy sales, just genuine care. I left feeling calmer, lighter and will definitely return!

Lucy is so lovely 🥰 I had to cancel the first appointment I made due to unforeseen circumstances, she completely understood and was so accommodating with re booking. During the initial consultation i was asked what I wanted the massage to be like and it couldn’t have been more spot on. Lucy was amazing and did exactly what I asked for in a warm, cosy & very quiet environment, I was totally relaxed from the off. Absolutely incredible! I’m no stranger to treatments - face, body, hands the lot - but today’s visit to Paulina was quite possibly the best treatment I’ve ever had! Attentive, skilled, and really lovely to boot, she explained everything, and took note of an injury that I’d sustained which was causing me some problems, and worked through them during the treatment - even sending me home with some kinesiology tape on to help maintain the positive effects.
