This is my first experience of a Dermaplane facial. Absolutely amazing. I've been coming to Lucy for years but as I getting older, I realised I need to start taking care of my skin before it's too late. I had an amazing experience with Lucy at The Skin Club. From the moment I arrived, the environment was so welcoming, clean, and relaxing. Lucy made me feel comfortable straight away and was very professional throughout the treatment. Her hand technique is absolutely brilliant — I’ve never experienced anything like it before. Lucy is so lovely 🥰 I had to cancel the first appointment I made due to unforeseen circumstances, she completely understood and was so accommodating with re booking. During the initial consultation i was asked what I wanted the massage to be like and it couldn’t have been more spot on. Lucy was amazing and did exactly what I asked for in a warm, cosy & very quiet environment, I was totally relaxed from the off. I was given aftercare advice and was told just to message her if I had any questions after I had left. Thank you soo much Lucy 😊 xx

I had such a lovely experience at this head spa. The environment was calm and really relaxing. Vee was amazing, attentive, polite, and explained everything clearly, which made me feel completely at ease. The scalp analysis was thorough and the massage was incredible. She was also so friendly and easy to talk to, which really made the experience. I would definitely recommend and will be coming back again.

I had a great massage with Lucy and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. She was professional and attentive, and really took the time to understand what I needed. This is my fourth time going to Lucy for a back and scalp massage and it is the best decision I’ve made. Every time I go, she makes sure I’m happy with the treatment and always asks how I’d like the massage to be, it’s honestly helped me so much with my fitness and workouts at the gym, I’m able to recover better and always leave my appointment feeling relaxed and stress free. I couldn’t recommend Lucy enough, if you’re thinking about booking in, do it!!
