This is my first experience of a Dermaplane facial. Absolutely amazing. I've been coming to Lucy for years but as I getting older, I realised I need to start taking care of my skin before it's too late. I had an amazing experience with Lucy at The Skin Club. From the moment I arrived, the environment was so welcoming, clean, and relaxing. Lucy made me feel comfortable straight away and was very professional throughout the treatment. Her hand technique is absolutely brilliant — I’ve never experienced anything like it before. Lucy did such a great job of getting the stiffness and knots out of my really tight back, neck and shoulders. She is by far the best at deep tissue massage that I've ever experienced. Her salon room has a lovely ambience too. Would highly recommend!

I had such a lovely experience at this head spa. The environment was calm and really relaxing. Vee was amazing, attentive, polite, and explained everything clearly, which made me feel completely at ease. The scalp analysis was thorough and the massage was incredible. This is my fourth time going to Lucy for a back and scalp massage and it is the best decision I’ve made. Every time I go, she makes sure I’m happy with the treatment and always asks how I’d like the massage to be, it’s honestly helped me so much with my fitness and workouts at the gym, I’m able to recover better and always leave my appointment feeling relaxed and stress free. I couldn’t recommend Lucy enough, if you’re thinking about booking in, do it!!
