First time visiting and definitely not the last. Booked in for a facial, and Traci was great. Before starting, I told Traci about a neck/shoulder problem I was having , and she really made sure that I got the full benefits of the treatment without irritating my problem. It honestly was the best facial I've ever had. Afterwards Traci and Chloe both took the time to discuss further treatments to help improve my problem areas. I will definitely be returning soon to start work on them. Thank you both xx

I had Botox and Profillo treatments with Suki after a consultation about my skin and the look I wanted to achieve. Once she completely the treatments I noticed the difference in a few days! Had a chemical peel this morning. Suki always is friendly tells me step by step what she's going to do. All products used are to the highest quality my skin is glowing always give me my after care. Mya looks after me at the Aesthetic Company in Mere Green, Sutton Coldfield. She is friendly, enthusiastic and excellent at what she does. She has managed to get rid of the red spider veins on my cheeks and around my nose which were making me unhappy about the condition of my skin. I now don’t need to put foundation on my face every day, which I always did, to disguise the red spider veins. I am absolutely delighted and thrilled that I can now go out without my usual make up thanks to feeling happy and confident with my skin. Thanks Mya, you’re a star!

I today had a second appointment with Mya to laser and clear some red spider veins on my chin, cheeks and nose and she does a fantastic job. She's lovely, friendly and professional and has, as far as I can see, got rid of the majority of spider veins in the areas of my face that were bothering me. I had the Glow Peel Facial & Led and all im going to say is wow it was my second time and it was so amazing my face just has that beautiful glow I felt like i was relaxing in a spa with the steam on my face and the mask on when under the Led it was just so dreamy. Suki is fabulous as always i love all her facials and they make my skin feeling and looking so good. I had LumiEyes and microneedling with Lucy today and I’m so happy with the results ✨ My skin has honestly never felt better, and I already feel so much more confident. Lucy made the whole experience really comfortable and relaxing. It’s so nice to finally feel like myself again. Electrolysis is not a comfortable treatment but Jo was very understanding, checking regularly whether I was ok and telling me how the electrolysis was going. I am very pleased with the results so far, but there are more treatments needed to complete the job

Saira spent a great deal of time understanding my desired look. Whilst doing this she is constantly observing my facial movements for precise treatment applications. A real professional.
