I had an amazing experience at 1111. I had a buccal massage, a facial, and an Indian head massage, and every treatment was excellent. I left feeling incredibly relaxed and refreshed. The highlight for me was definitely the buccal massage. I could already notice that my face felt more lifted and sculpted immediately after the treatment. Mya looks after me at the Aesthetic Company in Mere Green, Sutton Coldfield. She is friendly, enthusiastic and excellent at what she does. She has managed to get rid of the red spider veins on my cheeks and around my nose which were making me unhappy about the condition of my skin. I now don’t need to put foundation on my face every day, which I always did, to disguise the red spider veins. I am absolutely delighted and thrilled that I can now go out without my usual make up thanks to feeling happy and confident with my skin. Thanks Mya, you’re a star!

She's lovely, friendly and professional and has, as far as I can see, got rid of the majority of spider veins in the areas of my face that were bothering me. Electrolysis is not a comfortable treatment but Jo was very understanding, checking regularly whether I was ok and telling me how the electrolysis was going. I am very pleased with the results so far, but there are more treatments needed to complete the job
