Amazing Salon! I’ve really struggled to find a descent salon local to me, but Flappers is worth the drive. The balliage result was amazing with beautiful tonal fade, and very natural. Louise cut layers in to my thick curly hair to give shape and bounce to my curls. (Where my hair had grown out it used to resemble a triangle!) I found other salons relied heavily on thinning scissors which is not what I wanted when I say ‘layers’, so I’m very happy with my hair now and I’ll definitely be coming back!

Steph is a very talented hairdresser and super welcoming and friendly. We visited her salon for hair up for prom. It looked amazing and was exactly what my daughter wanted. I would definitely recommend!

The girls were very friendly over the phone when I was enquiring about availability to pop in for a spontaneous haircut. The girls in the salon were warm and welcoming, and got me a lovely coconut latte 👌🏻 we discussed my hair history and then talked about future hair goals, and quickly had a hair wash and then a nice cut. My bob haircut is a lot more even and sleek now, and I'm really happy with how it looks and feels 🥰

A wonderfully warm welcome awaited my elderly mum and nothing was too much trouble as staff sought to make her comfortable. She relished every moment of pampering and is now walking proudly with her truly lovely haircut. It’s even better than she thought it could be! Thank you Salon 102 and especially to Lydia the stylist for working her ‘magic’.

Never got the vivid colour I want any where before, took a chance on Charlie with a training offer and she got my hair so right! It's super bright feels amazing and though she was nervous of my cut with how much I was having off she nailed it. I've never been so happy leaving a salon! It's exactly what I wanted and better then the inspiration pics I sent her. I love the firey tones and feels so fresh! Very very happy! Lovely lady and salon chat too thank you so much to all.
