My first time at Glam Lashes with Sue, and I was honestly so nervous! 🥰 I wasn’t quite sure what to expect, but Sue was so welcoming, friendly and professional from the moment I arrived. She made me feel completely comfortable and put me at ease straight away. She constantly spoke to me throughout the procedure, checked that I was okay and explained everything so clearly. Her communication was absolutely brilliant, which made the whole experience feel so relaxing. Nahid did a really good job with my eyebrows and I was happy with the shape. I was just a little surprised there was no powder used during threading and no brushing/cleaning of the loose hairs afterwards. I had to ask for something to be applied, and she then used oil on cotton. A little more attention to the finishing touches and aftercare would have made the experience even better.

I had such a lovely experience! I booked several treatments, including a Hollywood wax, eyebrow wax, microneedling, pedicure with gel polish and a manicure. Everything was done with care and I felt comfortable and well looked after throughout my appointment. I especially enjoyed being able to relax in the massage chair during my pedicure — such a nice touch! 😊 The staff were friendly and professional, and I was also given clear aftercare advice following my microneedling treatment. I left feeling completely pampered and refreshed. Really happy with my experience and would definitely recommen
