Been coming to this salon for over a year now, even I moved to the next town and I still come to Coventry for my beauty treatments because Shaf is so lovely, empathetic and kind hearted person. Definitely feel as though I’m in good hands, treated with respect and we always have a lovely chat together. I know she’s opening a new salon soon and I can’t wait to see how it is. ❤️

Very welcoming on arrival didn’t wait long to be seen by my beautician who might I say is lovely I had Monica first time a month ago so I went with Monica again she’s very professional and we didn’t run out of things to talk about ( very easy to talk to ) once my eyebrows and lash tint was done I was offered a cup of coffee while I was getting my nails done would highly recommend thank you again for my beautiful treatment definitely be booking 🥰

Always a great experience when Monica does my nails, brows, Lips and chin. She also informed me about having lashes done as mine are near enough non-existent. She did a patch test whilst in for my appointment so that then I could arrange for lashes to be done. She went the extra mile. I would give her ten stars if I could!

I had a mini facial and eyebrow and eyelash tint. I felt like a million dollars afterwards. I will now make it a monthly treat to myself to have a pamper session. I deserve it. Cheryl makes you feel so comfortable and so cherished. She is simply wonderful at everything she does in the realm of treatment.
