This was my third visit, and I couldn't be happier. I've been getting facials for almost 30 years, and Gislaine is top-tier. One thing that has always bothered me is when the facialist puts you under steam or puts a mask on and leaves you alone in the room. Gislaine goes all out with an incredible foot-and-leg massage, and then, while your mask is on, she massages your shoulders, which feels incredible. Lin did a great job of my nails and the wax was reasonably pain free. I did have to wait about 10/15 mins even though I booked in but otherwise it was a good experience.
