The team at Rachael Katie (Southampton) are frankly, just lovely. Really welcoming, with exceptional customer care. Laura was great, she had the integrity to provided me with clear information and clarity about my different options (eyebrow treatments), the pros and the cons. Which I greatly appreciated. What I also appreciated and rated highly was that she did not try to upsell. If you are thinking about more permanent options for your eyebrows, I would highly recommend seeing Laura.

It was a lovely session—very calm and relaxing. Sylvia thought of every detail, from a little box for your jewellery to a warm, cosy massage bed and even a takeaway tea to enjoy afterwards. Be prepared to be massaged from top to toe, slowly and thoroughly 🙂 I couldn’t recommend it more.

Jac’s 60-minute head spa and massage was incredible from start to finish. She was so warm and welcoming, and the relaxing treatment room with calming music and a heated bed instantly put me at ease. The treatment itself was unbelievably soothing — the warm water, gentle touch, and beautiful cherry blossom oils made me completely lose track of time. Every detail felt thoughtful and professional, right down to the homemade cookie at the end. I’ve already booked my next visit and can’t recommend Jac enough!

Had the most amazing and relaxing massage today by Georgina. She was extremely friendly, explained what I was to expect from the massage, discussed each step and double checked I was happy to have the optional treatments that are part of the Swedish massage. The room was very warm and clean. I felt very safe Georgina was very attentive throughout. Highly recommend, i will definitely be back again.
