Me and my partner visited for our anniversary. Customer service was fantastic. Greeted on arrival, everything was explained well. We both really enjoyed the red light therapy and the infrared sauna. The only reason I can't give 5 stars is because I couldn't enjoy all of it due to my size. I don't think the leg pressure pads were aimed at larger people and the zips opened as the pressure increased. Please don't let this take away from the place though, definitely worth a visit if you are looking to recharge your batteries

After considering lip filler for a VERY long time and doing my research I managed to grab an appointment with Kayla. Right from the start I was put at ease and made to feel welcome in her beautiful studio. Clean, fresh, professional and beautifully decorated. I was talked through the whole process and checked on throughout the process too. I left feeling like my confidence had been given a big boost and so pleased with the immediate result. Lash lift amazing as always but I also had lumi eyes. No pain, the bumps were gone by the time I got back to the car and the difference was instant and amazing. A few days later it’s settled and not quite as bright but my dark circles are so much better than before. Will definitely be back for the other two treatments and can’t wait to see those results

Jo was welcoming & helped us understand how to make the most of the different treatments. Couple session for 3 hours, finished with a restorative cup of tea of your choice. Dry sauna was great, we adjusted it down to 55 degrees. Foot spa & redlight therapy was relaxing too. & the electrical massage table & pressotherapy boots were very relaxing when we let it relax you. Jo is very knowledgeable & explains how everything works & what benefits to expect. Will try to make this a regular part of our self care. Thank you Jo.

What a beautiful experience, Jo was warm and welcoming , she has created a beautiful sacred space for you to enjoy red light therapy , infrared sauna and a machine which massages your back, i was there for 90 minutes and would highly recommend! There was a lovely robe for me to wear , water , cleanser for my face, a fridge with some yummy healthy drinks in , soothing music and a very cosy room. Very therapeutic , thanks Jo!

Infra red light is very relaxing. Came away feeling great.
