Had a fantastic and relaxed time with Sandra including a massage, pedicure, facial and plenty of great advice on aftercare as well as a friendly service and relaxed atmosphere. The place is easy to find in Newport with plenty of parking nearby and nice and quiet for a relaxing time.

I enjoyed the Christmas Treat package (back, neck, shoulder, arm, hand and scalp massage with peppermint, orange and cinnamon oils) and a pedicure today 😊 I've not had either before, one being a festive treatment and the other a new treatment Wendy is now offering 😍 both were fabulous and I'd highly recommend!

Fantastic massage session. I didn't realise how much my shoulder was messed up. Don't get me wrong, the pain was real, but no pain no gain. I found Rachel to be very friendly, professional and so informative. I'm looking forward to my future sessions, which will also include cupping. The studio is relaxing, spacious and clean with amazing views of the surrounding countryside. Wendy is warm and friendly and is genuinely intrigued in her clients health and wellness. The bamboo treatment and the holistic massage was just what I needed and would recommend both.
