Charlie is an exceptional massage therapist. He is thorough, and explains techniques he uses, and explains what he is doing, which is extremely useful. He also did an amazing job digging deeper into my issues, and explaining how I can better my health. I would definitely recommend anyone to book in with Charlie without any hesitation. I personally left feeling a different man!

Had a lovely time here today, we did the oxygen chamber, red light, sauna and cold plunge and loved everything! Staff are very helpful and friendly and was a lovely treat for my boyfriends birthday

Great customer service from Renisha, I enjoyed the oxygen chamber but it did get a little too warm after a while. The red light therapy experience was my highlight as it was so relaxing. Only thing I was disappointed is that there is no shower to freshen up after the cold plunge and sauna otherwise I would have rated great.

Lovely experience ! I love the little details at Wellness by Resolve and feel they add a cute touch - eg the complimentary refreshments, cute quotes and robes etc. The staff are nice which adds to the experience too. They explain how to use the cold plunge and IR sauna so if you haven’t used it before you’ll get the hang of it quickly. Will be back for sure :)

Amazing sports massage with Charlie. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to understand what I needed before starting. The treatment was thorough and really effective, targeting all the right areas. I felt a big difference straight away, much looser and more relaxed. Highly recommend Charlie and I’ll definitely be booking again.

I have to say today was much needed after a stressful few weeks. And what can I say as always charlie helped me so much, he is so professional as always and so.much so it feels more like going to see a friend. I had the hotstone massage which is absolutely amazing and I highly recommend it especially after having my compression treatment it really is very relaxing and helps with the muscles after. Thanks again for today charlie and the great chat as always.
